Richard Brownscombe

Richard joined Montrose in 1991 after spending over 10 years in real estate including direct lending at a major Canadian Chartered Bank and property management and development in Winnipeg. Richard serves on the board of the Investment Committee of the Civil Service Superannuation Board, the pension plan for Manitoba civil servants.

Frank Azevedo
Senior Vice President

Frank Azevedo joined Montrose in 1998 immediately following his graduation from the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business where he majored in Finance. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for the development of new business opportunities.  Working closely with all stakeholders, Frank has a twenty year track record in developing customized financing solutions in all asset classes.

Mark Davies
Managing Director

Mark Davies joined Montrose in 2006 immediately following completion of the B. Comm (Hons) program at the University of Manitoba majoring in Finance.  As the Managing Director, Mark is directly responsible for Montrose Winnipeg corporate oversight, policies and procedures, technology, and loan origination/underwriting.  Mark’s responsibilities also include the management of the existing $1 billion Montrose Winnipeg portfolio.  In his spare time, Mark is an active private pilot.

Brad German
Vice President

Brad joined Montrose Winnipeg in 2006 following his graduation from the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business, where he majored in Finance. Brad's responsibilities include the origination and structuring of new mortgage lending opportunities and the ongoing management and growth of the Montrose Winnipeg mortgage portfolio.  Active across all asset classes, Brad works closely with Private and Institutional Borrowers to create customized financing solutions. Brad enjoys great relationships with Montrose's lender partners, fund managers and CMHC, which ensures expert placement and closing of all senior and subordinated transactions. Brad also serves on the Board of Directors of both the Rossmere Country Club and the Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation (WHRC), whose mission is to provide quality, affordable and safe housing to those with low or modest income.

Nathaniel Voth
Analyst

Nathaniel (Nate) joined Montrose Winnipeg in 2016. Nathaniel’s responsibilities include underwriting mortgages across all asset classes and analyzing the financial position of existing investment properties. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the University of Manitoba, with majors in Finance and Marketing. He is also working towards obtaining the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In his spare time Nathaniel enjoys reading and playing recreational hockey.
